 Most orders are delivered within 2 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the location and weather.

Deliveries are made to the base of your property line or typically dumped on your driveway. For larger rock over 2 inches in size, we recommend choosing a dirt or grass area for the drop-off to protect your driveway from potential damage. If the delivery is on grass or dirt, we strongly suggest using a tarp. A standard 10’ x 10’ tarp is suitable for most loads and can be added to your order for an additional fee.

If you require a specific drop-off location on your property, a contractor or property owner must be present. A signed liability waiver will be required during the point of purchase.

We have the final discretion on whether a particular delivery location is safe or suitable for unloading.

Deposits:

For certain deliveries, a non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining payment will be collected in person at the time of delivery prior to dumping.

Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and others.

Online Orders:

If you place an order online, you can obtain a full refund prior to the pickup of the material.

Cancellation Before Dumping:

If the customer decides they do not want the product prior to the material being dumped at the worksite or property, the customer will not be charged the full amount, but will still incur the delivery fee. Once the material has been dumped at the site, no refunds will be available. However, materials can be returned for a fee.

Payment Prior to Dumping:

All payments must be made before dumping material at the worksite or property. This excludes specific services such as concrete curbing and stepping stone installation.

Deliverable Materials:

Aggregate landscape materials for delivery include, but are not limited to, rock, mulch, dirt, and sand.
